Shahhat View House is located in an absolutely amazing place, just in front of magnificent Medinet Habu Temple and very close to many other ancient Egyptian historical sites. The view from the tarrace is stunning. You may enjoy the look of the ancient temple with the Theban Mountains in the background… Truly amazing!!!
Many other attractions of ancient Thebes are easy to reach by taxi, bikes or even donkey, camel or horse ride. The house is just in front of Habu Temple, yet quiet and a bit hidden from the crowds.
The house is decorated in a traditional Egyptian style, with dome ceilings and beautiful openwork decorations in the windows. You will find in the house everything that is necessary for your comfortable stay: washing machine & kitchen with necessary equipment. You can relax with TV or free wi-fi browsing.

Our area is simply amazing when it comes to touristic attractions. You will have easy access to all ancient Thebe’s sites like temples, tombs, monuments, ruins. It is easy to get to Luxor Temple, Karnak Temple, Edfu Temple.
Many other attractions are available, like air baloons ride, horse, donkey and camel riding. You can rent bikes, have a trip on the River Nile to visit the Banana Island where you can eat the banana from the tree. You can take part in safari to the desert, where you spend a night with Beduins. You can have a full program of attractions for 1-2 weeks.
We are a very friendly family, open for people, welcoming and hospitable. You may spend some time with us or have a total peace without bothering you by anyone – enjoy and relax after usually busy days of sightseing in ancient Thebes, Luxor, Karnak, or other amazing sites of our Egyptian heritage.
